Our team isn’t just local. We’re your neighbors, your classmates, your family friends. Most of us were born and raised in Beulah, Colorado, and over half of our staff still call it home.
We’re proud to provide Internet and phone service backed by real people who care about this community because we live here too.

Our Team
Dick Sellers
Dick is the owner and CEO of Beulahland Communications and has been working with the Company since its inception, as Pine Drive Telephone Company, in 1956, when he was seven years old. He has a degree in engineering and a passion for technology and computer programming. He puts those skills to good use with the Company through driving innovation, engineering fiberoptic deployment strategies, and overseeing all operations. In his spare time, Dick enjoys traveling with his wife, eating good food, playing golf, attending church, playing with his grandsons, and spending time with his family.
Matt Sellers
Matt has been with Beulahland Communications for over 17 years, starting right after college, where he completed a degree in meteorology. He now serves as the Company’s General Manager and CFO, overseeing all daily operations and driving strategic planning. Matt also works on special projects and works alongside our outside plant crew from time to time. In his spare time, Matt enjoys taking road trips, playing golf, studying weather patterns, traveling, and storm chasing. Fun fact: Matt “caught” his first tornado at the age of 16!
Mike Sellers
Mike has been with Beulahland Communications for over 14 years, starting right after college, where he completed a degree in arts and astronomy. He currently serves as the Company’s Network Manager, overseeing all network operations and driving innovation in our network. Mike also works on special projects and works alongside our outside plant crew from time to time. In his spare time, Mike enjoys the outdoors, traveling, getting together with friends, spending time with his family, and taking in all things music.
Adria
Adria has been with Beulahland Communications for over 12 years. Her previous experience is in corporate sales and customer service. She brings those skills to the Company through her roles in Human Resources, Marketing/PR, and Regulatory/Advocacy. In her spare time, Adria enjoys adventuring, reading, getting together with friends, and spending time with her family.
Ryan
Ryan has been with Beulahland Communications for over 12 years. His previous experience is in customer service and he brings those skills to his position with the Company, working with both business office and outside plant daily operations. He specializes in broadband customer service and troubleshooting. In Ryan’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching YouTube live streams, designing tabletop RPG terrain, and getting together with friends.
Laura
Laura, the newest member of the Beulahland Communications family, with over 7 years of service, is the first friendly face you’ll see coming into our business office. Her previous experience in accounting, business management, and customer service is brought to her position as Office Manager, specializing in customer experience. Through our Company, Laura also provides notary services to any community member. In her spare time, Laura enjoys hiking with her husband, playing with her fur babies, listening to her player-piano and hosting out-of-town family and friends.
Wayne
Wayne has been with Beulahland Communications for over 30 years, starting as a summer temporary worker while he was still in high school. He now develops and manages the construction projects for the Company along with working in daily outside plant operations. Wayne is also a heavy equipment operation rockstar! In his spare time, Wayne enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
Colin
Colin has been with Beulahland Communications for over 27 years, starting as a temporary worker while he was in college. He now works alongside the Company’s management team in managing daily outside plant operations along with working in that area. In Colin’s spare time, he enjoys working in his garage, fixing up old vehicles with his son, working in his yard, and spending time with his family.
Kyle
Kyle has been with Beulahland Communications for over 12 years. His previous experience is in construction management and he brings that expertise, along with his hunger for a challenge, to his position currently as part of the Company’s outside plant crew. In Kyle’s spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, spending time with his family, and volunteering with the local Fire Department.
Ben
Ben has been with Beulahland Communications for 8 years. His previous experience is mostly in law enforcement and corrections. He brings great interpersonal skills and an eagerness for learning to his position currently, as part of the Company’s outside plant crew, specializing in IT and networking. In Ben’s spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, 4-wheeling, playing with his pups, and spending time with his family.
